Cooking Instructions for Minced Beef & Onion Pie:
- Defrosting: Place the frozen pie on a plate and defrost in the microwave for 3–5 minutes (1000W).
- Core Temperature: After defrosting, ensure the product core temperature is at least 85°C. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 160°C.
- Baking: Place the pie in the centre of a baking sheet and keep it in the centre of the oven.
- Cook: Bake at 180°C for 3 minutes. Check that the product core temperature reaches 85°C.
- Serve: Serve immediately.
