Cooking Instructions for Chicken Tikka Pie:

1. Defrost: Place the frozen pie on a plate and defrost in the microwave for 3–5 minutes (1000W).
   
2. Check Core Temperature: After defrosting, ensure the product core temperature is at least 85°C. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
   
3. Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 160°C.
   
4. Prepare for Baking: Place the pie in the centre of a baking sheet and keep it in the centre of the oven.
   
5. Bake: Bake at 180°C for 3 minutes. Check that the core temperature reaches 85°C.
   
6. Serve: Serve immediately.
