HEAT FROM FROZEN

Convection Oven:
1. Preheat oven to 175°C
2. Place frozen chicken wings in the oven
3. Cook for 14-16 minutes

Microwave:
1. Place frozen chicken wings in the microwave
2. Microwave on HIGH (1000 wat) for 3 minutes.
3. Then turn over and cook for an additional 4 minutes


Please note: The core temperature of wings should be at least 75°C.
