-Defrost the frozen quiche
in a plate by putting inside the microwave within 9 mins (1000W).

- After defrosting, ensure the product
core temperature should not be below 85°C. Proceed with oven cooking. Once
product is defrosted, DO NOT REFREEZE.

- Pre-heat oven at 160°C.

- Cook the product in the center of a baking
sheet and keep in the center of the oven.

- Bake at 180°C for 3mins. Check if product core temperature, should be 85°C.

Serve immediately.
