Thaw
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight (8–12 hours) or at room temperature for 1–2 hours.

Heat

Place sausages, mash, and gravy in a saucepan.
Heat gently on medium, stirring occasionally, until hot throughout (about 10–12 minutes).
Transfer contents to a microwave-safe dish.
Cover and heat on high for 6–8 minutes, stirring halfway through.
